An excellent scooter. Looks good and well made. Haven’t had a chance to use much yet but very pleased. I’m a 6’2” fella and it’s fine for me with bars at full height. Would definitely recommend.

Great changing robe. I ordered an XL as I’m 6ft but probably could have done with a large. Colour is less vibrant than shown on website but looks good with the grey fleece lining. Super warm and waterproof. Happy!

E-Scooter / Segboards

Electric scooters are electrically powered scooters that are perfectly suited for urban commuting. The way they function is by charging its battery, which depending on the type of electric scooter you have, can ride between 15-45 km with a fully charged battery.
Most electric scooters ride with a top speed of up to 25 km/h. However, like every other vehicle there’s a speed limit for how fast you can ride. This speed limit varies a lot from country to country, so always be sure to check that before you take your electric scooter for a ride.

But what electric scooter is the right for you and your needs, and which goes best for what?

Overall, there are two types of electric scooters. Both types are of a quality and are made for urban commuting in their own sort of way. One is more robust, heavy and at times a bit more expensive too. An example of such an electric scooter is one made by Egret. The other is lighter and made for smaller city rides. Such an electric scooter could be one manufactured by Story.

Egret electric scooters are often best suited for longer distances and rides from A to B, in contrast to faster rides between other means of transportation like bus- and subway rides.

A Story electric scooter is more efficient in the sense that it is lighter and typically can be folded on the go, so that you quickly can ride from the bus to the train to the subway, while carrying the electric scooter along easily.

So, the choice comes down to your needs of how long your electric scooter must be able to ride on a charge as well as the weight and efficiency.
