How to assemble a pro scooter?

You need to be 100% sure, to assemble your pro scooter correct. All bolts/screws needs to be tighten, and the bar should be able to spin.

HIC System

1. Pull the clamp over the handlebar
2. Tighten the HIC compression
3. Place the handlebar over the deck, and tighten the bolts on the clamp
4. Be sure to tighen both of the wheels
5. Always remember to tighten all bolts/screws before you ride your scooter

SCS System

1. Start by taking all the parts out of the box and checking that you have everything you need
2. Lift the handlebar and put it on the front fork
3. Screw the top bolt onto the front fork with an Allen key.
4. Place the headset in the headtube and push it into place until it is secure.
5. Screw the headset on with an Allen key.
6. Place the bar in the handlebar clamp and adjust it to the desired height.
7. Screw the guide clamp in place with an Allen key.
8. Attach the wheels to the axles and tighten the bolts.
9. Place the brake pad on the back of the wheel and tighten the brake bolt.
10. Adjust the brake pad so that it is correctly positioned in relation to the wheel.
11. Check that all parts are tightened and adjusted correctly.
12. Give the scooter a final visual check and test run before using it.
